Patient R.Join the team of health care professionals. Home care aides are an important part of a health care team. The services they provide allow older adults and persons with disabilities to live in their homes, make decisions about how they live and work, and be part of their communities. Being a home care aide means being part of a ‘helping profession’ that provides compassionate care. As a home care aide, you CAN make a big difference in the lives of others!
